DoD Civilian Careers

The DoD’s civilian workforce is aging out, and young talent isn’t showing up. Only 8% of federal employees are under 30, half of what the private sector pulls. AI and STEM pros aren’t considering the DoD because of outdated myths: you have to enlist, the jobs are dull, the pay’s weak, and everything’s in D.C. Our mission? Flip the script and make DoD Civilian Careers a must-consider option.

Our Strategy:

We didn’t just run ads, we launched a movement. We hit the root issue: awareness. “Discover Your Future at DoD” became the battle cry, busting myths and proving these careers are nationwide, high-impact, and well-paid. Then, we got loud where young talent actually listens, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, gaming platforms, video, audio, and search. We leveled up DoD’s organic social game to deliver a cohesive, can’t ignore presence.

The Results:

27.3M+
in four months—mission visibility, achieved.
1.3M
video views & audio listens (Spotify, YouTube, streaming)
45%
of under-30 traffic came from YouTube.

Strong engagement STEM-focused paid search crushed it. Top performer gaming placements beat everything else. We didn’t just change perceptions, we got results.
